THERE’S NO SHORTAGE OF HEALTH ADVICE

The real challenge is knowing what’s actually supported by research

There’s a lot of pseudoscience in this space. And the gap between what studies show and what makes it into headlines can make it hard to know what to trust. Tyler’s work focuses on closing that gap and helping people understand what the evidence actually says, so they can decide for themselves.

Dr. Tyler LeBaron on Hydrogen, Hype, and How to Think for Yourself

“What makes Tyler LeBaron different is that he lives the same discipline he teaches. He has the mind of a scientist, the heart of an educator, and the work ethic of an elite athlete.

Tyler has a rare ability to take complex research and make it understandable without oversimplifying it. Whether he’s speaking on molecular hydrogen, mentoring students, or training for competition, he brings humility, curiosity, and integrity to everything he does.

In a space filled with hype and exaggeration, Tyler stands out because he genuinely cares about the science, the people, and doing things the right way.
